You know Heavy, some guys just don't have enough room on their bikes to bring along their purses and other outfits. So it is really not fair to poke fun at them for their trailers. Yea, lighten up on me man! Lets keep bullying off this site! What I really need is one of those hitch ramps like epic has.......but then I would need to buy a vehicle with a hitch. Dang, can't win.

Winter has been AWOL this year in Michigan. I've gotten out the last four days and today will make five.

Us in Wisconsin have been enjoying that same weather, but do you guys have road salt as bad as we do? They just love to lay down a crap load of road salt that lingers all damn season. Its been really nice out but I really dont wanna coat my bike in deteriorating road salt. I know some parts of the country go with sand ( i wish), just wondering how it is by you guys across the lake. Oh, and sorry about the waste water treatment plant here regurgitating all that crap that is making its way to your shores. I wish it wouldve just went south to the FIBS, lol.

The salt can get bad but we have only had a few events worthy of salt. A couple of weeks ago it rained real hard and washed most of the salt into the creeks and rivers where it belongs.(: I've been riding alot and haven't noticed any salt sheen on my DR. I've washed my bike a couple of times just in case....Yeh, whats the deal with all the sh*t on our beaches? I hike the dunes and beaches quite a bit and there is alway trash from the other side of the lake, or so I assume. You name it and I've found it, mostly balloons and plastic bottles along with the ocassional hypodermic needle. Clean up you act Wisconsin! Don't make me come over there!

It's those damn UPer's! They go down into WI and dink all of their beer then throw their crap in the lake and it ends up on our shores.

Not yoopers Rob, all the bottles and cans I've seen are no deposit. Its them dang Badgers, I'm sure of it...Speaking of the Badger, I saw on the news today that the boat might get a reprieve from the EPA. I'm not sure if that's good or bad? It depends on which politician you can believe?
