Anyone know what size chain I should use for 15/44 gearing? Procycle's site says 110 link for 42t rear sprocket and 112 link for 46t rear sprocket.

I have 17/45 and I still got the 110 link. So, 110 link for 15/44 should be fine.

Not really.. The max I did/ tried to do was 95mph(indicated) probably and at that point the bike was wobbling and the front fender was all over the place. I do have a shorter stock fender as I cut off about 3 inches off of it and it doesnt catch as much wind as the stock but it was still bad at those speeds.

The reason I chose this 17/45, I can cruise on highways.
And change the front to 14 or 15 (I have both) for trail riding. I however did not find much difference between 14T and 15T on trails when the rear sprocket is 45T.

Stock config: 15/43 = 2.866
Your config: 15/44 = 2.933
Normal Highway Config 16/43 = 2.687
Mine: 17/45 = 2.647 (very slight difference between higway and mine)
My Dirt setup 14/45 = 3.214 (Very high on revs i can say, and would rather go with 15/45)

15/42 is stock. But yeah i guess around 2.6-2.65 is the normal setup for highway use.

What kind of mileage are you getting with the 17/45 setup? and how well does it ride around town?

Probably getting between 45-48mpg.. Havent done a concrete mileage test yet.
But I have and FCR and FMF and the bike is setup to rip rather than go easy on fuel consumption.

Yes 520. I dont care for the 525's long-lasting-ness as I dont wanna trust a chain for too long anyway.
