OK we need to find a weekend that will work for all. To be honest with you I plan on being up there a couple weekends a month all spring summer and fall so I am not real picky on which one we choose. I would still like to schedule a group ride this spring though....
How about the 18th-20th that would be the weekend in between Mothers Day and Memorial Day?

Mr Foxfire so far so good. Would you be so kind as to call the cabins and see if they are available May 18-20. That is Friday to Sunday I think. We can always tweek the days if needed.

OK, so I really need to know if anyone else is thinking they will be coming. The rates jump steeply with more beds...don't want to rent one larger than needed. But the more the merrier!

Might I suggest booking enough to cover accomodations for 3 and if we need more room I don't mind using a cot. Use your best judgement.

It looks like I will be a no go this year. Our May work schedule is very thin due to retirements, and for some reason, a bunch of people took off every weekend in May. So unless I can get someone to trade days with me, it looks like my trip weekend is scratched before it even got started. I'm sorry guys. I hate to be that guy. It's the downside to my business; always working holidays,nights and weekends, and once the Spring comes, all the senior guys with 5+ weeks of vacation hog the warm weather weekends.
