Kevin over at Twistedthrottle.com has a section dedicated to the 96-up DR650. Lots of cool items to add to your FARKLE list... I found this new throttle lock to be pretty interesting for those that do not use bark busters.... :good:

I use the Kaoko throttle lock on my V-Strom.

Slick, but not cheap.

Had it on there for close to 80,000 kilometres (50,000 miles) and it's always done as I've asked.

I'm still trying to justify, to myself, the extra cost to get one of the SW-Motech skid plates, over the cheaper options.

There just isn't any justification in most FARKLE items. "Because I want it" is really why. :spiteful:

My Barkbusters and hookless tie down straps should be here tomorrow that I ordered from them. Great site. That along with Pro Cycle is wearing out my credit card.

you know it's interesting the amount of people I see saying that procycle and what not are hurting their credit card... I made the decision many years ago that I would never get a credit card and only use a debit card since I never wanted to get myself into debt. I only buy stuff when I have enough money in the bank account to still afford bills/food/petrol and I never have to pay interest, and for some reason the bank doesn't charge me any fees.

Hi guys.

Glad you are already aware of Twisted Throttle and all of the goodies we have for the DR650SE. If you have any questions please fire away. I may not have all of the answers but I will try. I would also suggest calling us directly with more techie questions. Everyone here rides so you will be speaking to someone who understands your questions and may have a better insight from experience. In addition to sales support we also have a tech line to help with installations as well. We don't abandon you after the sale. Thanks for past purchases and consider us when you are looking for hard parts.

Another thing I forgot to mention to mxrob was that we have some gear for the DR200SE as well.

Here to help with the DRs and any other bike related gear.

Kevin
