Might want to check out all the other closeouts too, to see if there might be something else that might work better for your application. The mini sport tail bag dimensions looks like it would fit nicely on the factory Suzuki tail rack.

Are you going to replace your HD tail bag with this one?
I'm going to try it and see which one is more functional. This bag won't hang over the edge of the rack so much. If I like it I'll keep it, if not I'll sell it. All it really needs to hold is the stuff I normally keep in my pockets and a cell phone, and my goggles while I'm parked.
