I have a double IPA to brew this weekend. Finishing a nice stout that I bottled a few months ago. All grain has been a lot of fun for me. As much as you like to experiment, you will love it. You can make a hop shot to satisfy your need for an injector in the process:)

I transferred the Citra dry hopped IPA to the secondary fermenter a week ago Sunday and brewed a smoked porter this last Sunday... then picked up the flu virus from my grand kids and spent the last three days out of service.

Mmm...smoked porter sounds delish! Hoping for a speedy recovery.

Kegerator finished! 7.2 CU Ft deep freezer with Johnson Control A419 temperature controller. Max out the freezer's built in temp control then plug the freezer into the A419 and set the temp to your desired serving temp. Sweet! It holds three 5 gallon cornies, one 3 gallon corny and a large 15lb C02 tank with double regulator and valved C02 manifold. I topped the freezer with cherry hardwood flooring glued in place with Loctite Power Grab and used staircase bullnose trim around the edges with some stainless rounded flat heads for a bit of extra strength. Right now I have one of the two faucet beer towers installed. My Cirta dry hopped IPA is on tap now and the smoked porter will be ready in a couple weeks.

I'll volunteer to "check it out " for you ; just send a keg or two my way . --- Lol --- --- I used to brew mine as well for about 8 years but am too lazy now . --- Nowadays I alternate between Becks , Heineken , Bitburger , Urquell and Sleemans . I'm partial to Lager . --- Your set-up looks impressive . --- VERY NICE !
