Hello, I always go on eBay and buy the cheapest NEW Clymer manual for all the bikes and quads I own. They aren't to expensive and are pretty informative if you run into a head scratcher when working on you bike. They have nice illustrations and are straight forward with descriptions on how to disassemble a reassemble the bike. Good Luck :2_thumbsup:

WoodRat, one of the mods, can send you a pdf. It's better than nothing.

IMO our corrected service manual, derived from substantial input by our forum members, must be the most accurate and helpful service manual available for the DR650 for the years 1996 to present.

The current edition is v1.3, and for anyone interested see this topic documenting the process of recommendations and validation of all the corrections here: Service manual errors (Current Edit is v1.3)

As always of course, I am happy to provide any forum member with the link to download a copy upon request. :s_yes
