In an attempt to fix some broken smiley links I fat fingered an additional number in the rofl smilie. The huge smiley has pushed the controls right off of the page for me to edit/delete the offending line item. (that is a system glitch only I could find). I've sent a help request to phpBB. Hopefully will get resolved soon. Sorry! :pardon:

If you use Chrome, you can probably fix it on your own. Right click the offending icon and select inspect. A new pane will pop up. The item you right clicked should be highlighted blue. Right click that and click Delete element. That item will be removed from your view (Doesn't change the source code). May allow the controls to come back into view.

If you need any help Rob, I have worked on hacking phpBB 2.x before.

Hi, I'm Skwerl, I saw your post on the support forum and thought I'd pop over.
Glad you've got the smilie problem sorted.

Now for the bad news.

You are going to get migrated to Tapatalk, and all those cool smilies won't be coming with you  I suggest saving all the images to your computer. It's really easy to post images on the new platform.

Hi Swerl, yeah, I've read some of the Tapatalk migration posts. Since our forum is actually provided by ProphpBB I have limited abilities to make changes and I'm not sure how that will all transpire when the time comes. :s_dunno A new learning curve for me I'm sure. :s_yes

you know you have a test forum to play on? https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/drriders/index.php :BevButt:

The new boards are based on phpbb 3.2 or what ever the lastest version is, so you may not find the ACP hard. For those of us that came from a completely different setup (yuku) it's been really hard. :bang:
They have disabled and hidden some of the options you would normally find on phpbb, including the custom smilies. We have been complaining for months but it seems we won't be getting them back. :sorry:
