Hello everyone. My name is Jamey Vernon. I originally joined this forum in 2010 when I bought a 2006 DR. I only had that bike for about a year. I've always been on this quest for a perfect motorcycle. Ha! That doesn't exist. I've been though a Monster, K1200, Bonneville, Ural, Multistrada, ST1300 and a few vintage bikes. The DR is the only bike I've truly missed. So when a 2014 with only 400 miles came up for sale a few months ago I grabbed it. I actually just sold the ST because I'm only riding the DR right now. I'm a diesel mechanic by trade and do all my own repairs. There's a lot of good info here so hopefully I can contribute.

My buddy had a Buell I rode around some. It was a nice bike. But man that Guzzi is sexy.

Hi and welcome back to the DRRiders forum :s_smile

The DR: the bike that lets you try the most things.
