We just added these. Nice clean way to protect your side covers from saddlebags.
All stainless, Still looks good when the luggage is off.

I can't be positive but I doubt the Cycleracks rear rack is compatible because it looks like it uses the same mounting points.

You would have to modify (grind 3/16" off the inside) the forward mounting point to allow the side rack tab to fit under the rack mount.
