I bit the bullet. Went down to Suzuki this afternoon and ordered a full replacement. I can't ride around wondering if its alright. Will strip down again at 5,000k and check wear on the $6 washer.
Now to wait 3 weeks for the parts to arrive :-(

You did the right thing. Yeah, maybe the wear was on the washer was minor but there is not really a spec to check. All those parts *should* be locked to the shaft when the clutch nut is tight but in reality friction makes them all slowly rotate on the shaft and grind against each other. Others will disagree but I recommend upping the torque on the clutch nut by 20% to help slow down the wear on these pieces.
