Hoping to see if any Utah locals may have leads on where to find clutch rebuild parts near Moab. I'm passing through on my way to California from Oklahoma after buying my first DR. I had a little too much fun going down a trail I couldn't get back up easily, and burned the clutch up climbing rock slopes. Trying to find parts somewhere nearby/within 1-200 miles of here on the way back west.

I've adjusted tension/free play and the best it gets should allow me to limp along highways if the engagement holding doesn't deteriorate.

If anyone might have any suggestions on the closest place to find plates,
springs, or where to get help shimming springs I'd appreciate it!

Ben

Rocky Mountain ATV is in Payson UT. call them and see what they can do there may be a delivery service that can get the parts to you. I get parts in two days delivered to Washington. might talk to a local repair shop I bet most have worked with RMATV.

"Mad Bro Motorsports" on the south end of Moab. Guys there are very helpful; they do some repair work and they have overnight access from Rocky Mtn.

Thanks all! RMATV and Mad Bro are both on my list of places to call tomorrow. There's a one man shop in town with a helpful guy as well, but securing parts will be the priority. I tried riding around this morning but after 10 minutes the clutch was slipping again, so will be here enjoying Moab til I have parts!

Put a clutch cable in while you are at it.
One ended up being 1/2 my clutch problem very recently
