Have an 07 dr650sm and am fairly new to street riding. Took a corner a little too sharp and the bike slid out from underneath me and across the road. Mostly cosmetic damage except nownshifting up into second, there is a sticky feeling. I haven't had a chance to have a strong look at it. Any ideas though? Clutch plate damage? I'm hoping just shifter damage but 1st and 3rd and 4th seemed fine. Didn't go into 5th. Today I feel supermotarded :(

Shift lever grinding into the left engine cover?

(there's actually an old joke around here blaming this to the wrong engine oil)

Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on? :s_biggrin

Does it feel like it's getting hung up on the neutral notch?
