I know a 2009 RM-Z450 works since I just put a 41t sprocket on mine. I may hold the mileage record for WARP 9, 6500 miles and it still hasn’t blown up.

Kudos to WARP 9, I sent them my DR650 OEM HUB to be laced to one of their 17” X 4.25” rims with custom spokes. From the time I shipped it to the time I received it back in the mail was a total of 8 business days. The wheel went into place and is working perfectly with no clearance issues to work out. GREAT JOB WARP 9. OK, shameless plug over but these guys really did a great job I think.

How often have you guys had to tighten the spokes after the initial break-in?

After the initial break in I have checked mine every 2k miles and usually found one or two that are slightly loose. If you check other manufacturers wheels with a spoke torque wrench they also loosen. I have a friend with Sun rims laced to his OEM hub who did not believe me until we checked them and found 6 to be looser than 30 inch-lb.
