30MM risers are 1.18in. You may want to check out this thread (and others) you may have to move the throttle cables.

You should be fine with 30 mm. The first cable to 'go short' is the clutch cable, if so, move it to the left side of the frame backbone.

hey kayak dancer i just installed the powermadd 2 inch(50mm) pivoting risers on my dr. i just released the plastic ties that hold the cables to the headlight bracket on each side and i was good to go. you shouldn't have any problems with the 30mm risers.
