I once heard that the definition of camping "is spending thousands of dollars to live like a homeless person"

Good definition :s_biggrin

My idea of camping is a nice hotel room at the end of the day. After extended "camping trips" in the Army... I've had my fill of sleeping on the ground. :whistling:

Daaaaamn. . .three of the smartest gents on this site, imo.
3cav84a heard it right, willtill I relate to (fam' history all Army for three generations, and it's now time to RELAX) , but crash's reflection on the importance of the Golden Fluid is genius.

Camping.
When I have to.
Plan for the worst and hope for the best.

The perfect camping place is a very short walk to a pub with hot meals and cold beers.

There have been a few outback adventure rides with 4x4 support vehicles and ..... BBQ, cold beers, power generator, espresso machine, marque, kitchen sink .......

Crash...when did you get a 350?
Wait...that one has handguards...it must not be yours.

I've had it for about 8 months now, the old van still runs like a champ I just needed more room.

About those hand guards, dam things came on that 350 when I bought it and I only bought it for a buddy bike so I left them on for those who hit trees lol

I had a toy box in the past but have zero storage room for it. Since nobody else in the house has any interest in camping, I recently put a truck cap on and started with some easy to remove items.

Roof rack is for surfboards or a 12' Jon Boat depending on mission.

This cot folds down and goes in a duffle bag. Got an insulated air mattress, Coleman stove, etc. My escape pod.
