Impressive build.
I sold my F800GS due to the weight and harsh ride characteristics in favor of the simplicity of the DR650. For the type of riding I do on the DR it's not a question of if it'll go down but when it goes down. Every scratch on a BMW costs $500, parts are even more...
I don't think I'd ever go to this extreme yet it's still very well done.

Looks like hes got enough room for a full size compressor and an air bag to place under the beast to assist in lifting it upright again...he may even have enough room for a tow truck! You think with that matched luggage strapped on it will even fall over? Made me laugh

In fact if 10 of you PayPal me $10 a day, I will reinstall my poor cush drive along with the bar end weights, passenger pegs, and Civic sized muffler.

His down and dirty garage is in another custom made out building that has plastic storage bins, old lawn mower, bass tracker boat, etc...it looks more like what you and I might have in our garages.
Cant knock the guy, he is self made and has the money to spend on the things he wants. Sure is hard not to be envious though, who wouldnt want that sort of ability and resources.
I would love to be able to build a unlimited budget global adventure bike! I think I would start with the DR650 too :) hmmm, that might be a fun projest just to put down on paper!
