Here is a link to the DR650 Manual in PDF. It is a must have, if just for the torque specs.

1. Click this: http://motorbikemanuals.blogspot.com/20 ... anual.html
2. On that page click the download link. It will take you to rapidshare.com.
3. Click the Free User button.
4. Wait for the timer. It is set for 70 seconds.
5. Click the Download button that appears and save the DR650.zip file. It is about 82mb. It is a slow download service but it will finish. Might take 10 minutes.
6. Unzip it and read with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

I found this very comprehensive manual online...great info and lots of pics/diagrams. My anti-virus cleared it. Click on the "slow download" so you don't have to sign up for anything. http://rapidshare.com/#!download|77l32|45822495|DR650.zip|86261

I have the manual on CD but being "old school" I still like a hard copy manual. Does anyone know where to get one if there is such a thing?

www.procycle.us sells the factory Suzuki service manual for the DR650SE 96-11 for $70.

I got the factory manual from procycle - Just about everything you would want to know about about your DR is in there! Well worth the price and you can bludgeon a zombie to re-death with it when the time comes :good:
