If you have seen some flakey things and outages on the forum, our hosting company has been moving to better servers. They ran into a few issues this morning 7/29 that caused an outage.
It looks like they have things fixed now.
Below is one of the entries on their support forum. Funny thing was that their support forum was affected by the outage too, so I couldn't find out what was happening until they got things fixed.
"We've been experiencing some technical difficulties over the last couple days, and there was some downtime for a few hours this morning. We have plenty of server resources, but the problems are coming from Mysql not being able to use all of the memory we have. So, we'll be upgrading to a 64 bit OS on our server; which isn't a quick thing to do. Sit tight :)"
