That's great to here. I am so ready to ditch my TrailWings on my '16. I'm set on TKC80 for the front and 805 for the rear.

Thanks for the post.

The 800 series tires are nice but for 1/2 the price I'll stick with the 244's. They'll take me any place the 804/5's will with money left over for about 45 gallons of fuel :2_thumbsup: .

Ha ha. Nice. Great minds think alike. This is one I made from a 3m flip down face shield I got at Lowes. I added a little edge trim I had. I slip it down behind the headlight shroud and use the holes on either side to zip tie around the turn signal mounts. Made it last summer. Can switch between bikes.

As far as wind blocking it's a lot like a gen 1 KLR screen, so not a ton but you can feel a difference, no turbulence. I think it was like $12 or something over near where they sell shop goggles.

i liked the 244 rear, but the front is was flat dangerous after 2k miles...i was always at the verge of washing out or crashing offroad with it..

plus i ride daily, and ride alot, with heavy loads...i needed something better off then the 244

Here’s my Shinko 804/805 Big Block rain test yesterday. It had definitely rained there at some point. :bumps:
