Don't be turned off. :friends:
Most of the folks on this site are very friendly and eager to help a rider out.

I've only ridden a few snippets of the IDBDR but I have been all over the state. Great riding in all areas.
Oregon has some great riding but is not nearly as dual-sport and dirt bike friendly as Idaho.
I'll be heading across ID again in June myself. :drinks:

Sounds like a pretty good reason to ride Idaho to me. Have a blast!

Hi there. I was thinking of putting together a IDBDR ride for 2017, probably in August as I want to ride the sections that are usually snowed in during July. Yes, snow sticks around that long on the shady sides of mountains in ID. I'll post something up as it gets a bit closer to spring 2017. You would be welcome to join!

Welcome!

Someone on ADV had a RR on the IDBDR ride. I read it through.. drooling the whole time. Fantastic looking countryside. I'll try and find it again. I think I'm coming down with some sort of illness.. about the same time I'll need off work to go on this ride. cough cough. see? :whistling:

Idaho is a hidden gem between Washington and Montana.

The best part is when your riding partner says "I da Hoe"

and you say....

"...and I da man!"

the cost of a single room is worth it sometimes. :s_biggrin
