This is the earliest I've ever been able to ride..

Sure felt good after not riding for close to four months

Rain coming will wash the roads of the salt.. So next week I should be able to go for a proper long ride.

Cheers

Today was no go for any riding, cold and rained a little. Yesterday I was able to dust off the DR, top up the tires and go for a couple hour ride. They said it got up to 16°C/61°F, but it was still quite cool in the wind and shade, but it sure was nice to get out for a ride.

the combination of warm temps and sunshine have absolutely killed the snow around here.

We're getting a bunch of rain now so most of the sand and crap will be off the roads.

The season starts soon!

Why can't you ride all year. Don't let a little snow, salt and cinders discourage you. Shinko 244 w/ ice screws do wonders.
