Hi, first time poster here - great forum by the way.
Anyway, I was looking into giving the DR more of a "street" look, like the bike here. I have found a Aztec8 round headlight that looks like it will work, and was wondering where I could source a similar tank like the one on this bike. The ones I've found are more dirt oriented with a similar look as the stock. Any ideas appreciated. Thank you!

.....I was so excited when I saw this title...... Thought for sure it was going to be a sweeeet pictorial presentation of the modern day DR 650 Street Tracker......rims, tire types, etc. 19" this, 18" that........ ahhhhh......the thread is about metal gas tanks. Maybe to you old geezes.........no disrespect to Kenny Roberts, but this is what I grew up with at the local fairgrounds........ ALL in love, all in love....

I had a play with the image to make the street oriented DR650 I'd like (to go with the stock model I hope to purchase soon). Tank and seat are from Yamaha SRV250 Renaissa
