^^Right On^^ Thanks for the feedback. So, literally you just popped off the caps, pulled springs and dropped these suckers in? Original oil was used?

Wish i could say that.
I had it easy,
They're about an hour up the road from me, so i just dropped my bike off.

They're great to chat to, so you could just call em and ask if the timezones line up.
They might have recommendations for you on oil and level etc. depending on what you ride to fine tune it to suit you even more.
I didn't have to change the front springs though.

I've stripped my forks down before, and i wasn't worried about doing it,
but as i was getting them to do my front and rear,
they said just drop it off.
My forks had done nearly 20,000 since my last oil change so it was due as well..

They had no dramas chatting to me for an hour and even helped me load and unload the bike.
Even bought out a step ladder and better ramp.
Definately good guys.

Yes, in my case it was as simple as: popped off the caps, pulled original pre-load spacers and springs, added a bit of stock oil to make the FFRC-recommended level, then dropped the Plex valves, springs and FFRC-provided new pre-load spacers in, and screwed the caps back in. I didn't remove the forks from the bike for the process; I just removed the handlebar to access the fork tubes. Dead-easy installation!
