Just thought I'd chime in about the new theme... I don't really like it. I'd prefer it if it was closer to the old theme, especially with the thread icons. I'll get used to it, I guess.

Everybody feel free to chime in.
I think there is probably more pros than cons. There are few things I don't like, but more that I do.
It also seems to be more of a "current standard" look and feel, as forums go.

Hey try the new font color selector at the right. Highlight the word that you want to change the color and then click on the color you want at the right. I just noticed that was there.

Nah I'm way too DIY for that thing, I'd rather open up an image editor, use a color selector from there and punch the numbers in myself. Loads more flexibility that way.

I believe that it is human nature to resist change sometimes when we have achieved a level of comfort and familiarity with things . That's why I am writing this on my Commodore 64 right now while drinking a TAB with my grade 7 gym shorts and knee high tube socks on.
I appreciate all the efforts made to keep and maintain this forum.
Thank you.

Only complaint I can even dream up is that the "jump to" section at the bottom is so overshadowed by the big, blue, box. My feeble eyes take a second, every time, to pick it out. :old:

That big, blue box is supposed to show google ads. You may have an ad blocker on.
But even if you don't it does still show blue sometimes.
Those ads are to help support the site. :s_biggrin

No problem. It's just the "adjustment" phase.

Like I said, "Only complaint I can even dream up".
