OK, it's not ready for sale yet but hopefully we'll have them ready before mid-summer.

TIG welded stainless steel construction.
Maintenance free - no repacking required.
Quieter than other aftermarket mufflers.

I have the first 6 prototypes ready to get on bikes for testing. If all goes well with that I hope to have a handful of 'beta test' pre-production units built within a couple of months. There's still a seemingly endless list of small details to work out but I'm confident the design is solid.

Cool. Do you need a high elevation test mule?? :pardon:

What is the weight savings from stock?

This probably explains why you had cut-aways of the stock muffler and the 40F0 muffler in the previous thread... :whistling:

Jeff....you did not mention "spark arrestor"
Is that going to be included or at least an option?

My biggest concern would be the mid pipe too close the rear brake line and melt the line.Like the Hindel?

I would suggest making the mounting point near where the headpipe joins the midpipe a little more substantial, what I see in the photo is much too similar to the weak little tab used on the DG pipes. So far we have managed to break two of the mounting tabs off of the DG pipes. The mount point on the Kientech midpipe is much more substantial, it is a solid block of metal with a tapped hole for the bolt. Just my 2 cents worth.

Yep, a SA will be an option as well as an additional quiet insert.

I'm well aware of the Hindle problem. That won't be an issue here.

I'm really looking forward to this Jeff. Maybe not this year but definitely next year I can see one of these going on the bike. Thanks for finally producing what we've always wanted. :drinks:
